Answer: Signature Health Inc. has a highly accomplished staff of psychiatrists, nurses, counselors and case managers who work with child, adolescents, adults and seniors. Our counselors and psychiatrists have worked with clients as young as 2 years old and our substance abuse services start at age 12.
Do you offer Psychiatry?
Answer: Signature Health Inc. provides psychiatric and medication services for children, adolescents and adults. Signature Health Inc. currently has 20 Psychiatrists on staff. Two of our psychiatrists are also family physicians and one Psychiatrist is a board certified pediatrician.
Psychiatrists provide assessment, medication services, therapy and medication checks. Each of our psychiatrists works closely with a nurse to ensure the highest quality care and all of your questions and concerns get a prompt response.
What are your hours of service?
Answer: All 3 Signature Health Inc. sites have the following hours of service.
Monday- Thursday: 8:00am-9:00pm
Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm
What insurance do you take?
Answer: Signature Health Inc. accepts Medicaid, Medicare, Workers Comp and we offer a sliding scale for those who qualify. If you have private insurance, we would love the opportunity to provide your care. Although payment is expected at the time of service we will give you the documantation you need to submit your own claim to your insurance company. If your are a Lake County resident you may qualify for grant services for more information call our office in Willoughby 440.953.9999.
How quickly can I get help?
Answer: Through our Signature Access Clinic we offer same day and next day initial appointments for both counseling and psychiatric evaluations for adults. The access clinic is unique because when you call you are scheduled to see an assessment counselor and a psychiatrist/nurse practitioner. This is unlike a walk in clinic where you have no set appointment and may wait more than 6 hours to be seen. Children and adolescents can usually be scheduled within a one week period.
