At Signature Health our clients and referral sources tell us that a "waiting list" is not an option. Our motto is "When you need Help - Now" so we created our new Signature Access Clinic which provides same-day and next-day new client appointments including psychiatric evaluation appointments. Clients who have reached the point in their lives when they reach out for help are so grateful that don't have to wait weeks for an appointment. Hospitals and other healthcare providers have also really appreciated the immediate access to appointments so there are smooth transitions from inpatient care to outpatient care.
Signature Access Clinic appointments are available daily Monday thru Saturday in our Ashtabula and Willoughby locations and available Monday thru Friday in our Garfield Hts. location. When a client comes to the Signature Access Clinic one of our counselors wll conduct a thorough assessment and make recommendations for care. If a client requests a psychiatric evaluation or is recommended for a psychiatric assessment they will be seen during the same appointment by our Signature Access Clinic psychiatrists/nurse practitioners and medication treatment can begin immediately.
