This is a relief not only for our clients, but also for hospitals and healthcare providers to easily transition clients from inpatient to outpatient care at Signature Health.
- Appointments are available Mon.-Sat. in Ashtabula and Willoughby or Mon.-Fri. in Garfield Heights
- Counselors conduct thorough assessments and make recommendations for care
- Psychiatric evaluations may be completed during the same appointment so that medication treatment can begin immediately

Your time is valuable and we want to reserve time for your assessment. All clients must schedule an appointment prior to arrival. The Signature Access Clinic does NOT provide walk in evaluations.
