Both facilities have 16 beds and are open to Medicaid eligible men, aged 21 and older, residing in any Ohio county.
- Must have a mental health diagnosis and a history of drug/alcohol abuse
- Length of stay is 3-6 months
- Case-by-case assessment of violence history*
*Not open to sex offenders
