Signature Health’s team in Painesville cares for both children and adults. We offer mental health, addiction recovery, primary medical care, sexual and reproductive health, infectious disease and pharmacy services, through in-person and telemedicine appointments. Several different counseling groups are available to meet our patients’ needs, as well as free, walk-in screening for HIV and hepatitis C.
To establish mental health or addiction recovery care with Signature Health, patients must complete a 90-minute diagnostic assessment (DA) to determine appropriate services. These appointments are typically scheduled in advance, but we also offer walk-in DAs so individuals can quickly access support when they make the decision to get help.
