Care for Your Mental and Physical Health

Ashtabula

Signature Health’s team in Ashtabula cares for both children and adults. We offer mental health, addiction recovery, primary care, infectious disease, pharmacy, and sexual and reproductive health services—through in-person and telemedicine appointments. Several counseling groups are available to meet patients’ needs.

To establish mental health or addiction recovery care, patients complete a 90-minute assessment to determine appropriate services. These appointments are typically scheduled in advance, or we offer some walk-in slots Monday through Friday.
